Criminal Justice Guide began sales in February 2004 in Harris County with a publication of 32,000 for a six-month period. The Guide began mailing on May 1 to all felonies and Class A and B misdemeanor defendants at an average rate of 246 books per day. The Guide is reserved for a maximum of 22 Attorneys in each publication and is filled with pertinent defendant information such as:

- Important Phone Numbers
- General Courthouse Rules
- Map to the Courthouse
- How to Select a Lawyer
- What Are Your Rights if Arrested?
and other valuable information. Each Attorney has a full-page 4- color advertisement in the guide and is priced less than half of the cost of a postage stamp in most markets. The Guide has published in Harris County, Travis County, Tarrant County, Bexar County, Galveston County, and Fort Bend County.
How Can The Guide Benefit The Attorney?
- Targeted Advertising: Mailed directly to the Criminal Defendant’s address within 48 to 72 hours of arrest at less than half the cost of a postage stamp.
